About the event
As part of PMI Tasmania’s Speaker & Social Event, the workshop will be held at the welcoming Botanica Bar in Salamanca Square enjoy drinks and nibbles while networking with fellow project professionals in a relaxed setting.
Led by Nerissa Haines, an experienced PMO and project management professional with over two decades of leadership experience across Australia and Canada, this session will provide actionable tools to align projects with organisational strategy while maximising value.
