Pre-AGM Guest Speaker
From 6:00pm, we welcome our guest speaker, Lennon White from TasWater. Lennon will present on TasWater’s Culture and Leadership Transformation Program. He’ll share insights into the program’s structure, key challenges, stakeholder engagement, and how benefits are being tracked. This session will include a focused discussion on the program’s complexity, change management, and lessons learned. Join us to hear insights from one of Tasmania'a largest organisational culture programs.
