About the event

Speaker - Karen Engen presents Agile Governance

Join us for a one-hour session where we will unpack what Agile Governance really means, and how it can help reduce red tape, speed up decision-making, and support teams to deliver value, faster.

You’ll get a high-level overview of key principles, plus practical tips for shifting from control-heavy oversight to lightweight, responsive governance. Ideal for project leaders, sponsors, and anyone navigating steering committees or portfolio roles.  This is a teaser from a brand-new half day course that Karen has designed and will be delivered through the Tasmanian Training Consortium in October.
