The impact of a compellingly proposal enhances the likelihood that projects will achieve their desired outcomes and benefits. In this session, we will explore three critical components for developing successful business cases: Key Principles and Mindset, the Five Case Model, and the Business Case Lifecycle. Attend this session to gain fresh perspectives and learn about a well-established, adaptable model that will help you structure your thoughts effectively when crafting a business case. Join us to enhance your ability to secure project approval and drive successful outcomes.

Speaker Introduction

Gina Davidovic is Director of PM1World Education, a leader in project management competency development and certifications.  Gina’s over 35 years of knowledge and experience in the delivery of projects and programs and over 20 of those years, also delivering training programs.  Gina is also involved in furthering the profession of project management through her volunteer work with the Project Management Institute. Gina has presented at numerous PMI Congresses, Seminars World and PMI Australian Conferences. Gina has served on PMI Chapter Board of Directors in both Canada and Australia.
