Robin founded Ram Education in 2009, in response to industry demands that Project Management training be delivered by subject-matter-experts in construction. Clients say that he has a talent for explaining complex subjects in a simple way. This, combined with an Engineering degree and significant industry experience, sets him apart from other trainers. Robin started his career "in the trenches" as a Project Engineer, then Project Manager - leading teams on some of the most complex and toughest projects around. His hands-on experience, in everything from modest projects to major initiatives worth hundreds of millions of dollars, underpins his practical, no-nonsense approach. Having worked on both the contractor and client side of the fence, he’s well placed to provide you with unique perspectives from both points of view. As an educator, he has developed content and personally trained over 2,500 project professionals in Australia, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
