Forensic planning provides project managers with powerful methodologies to analyse, document, and resolve these issues effectively. This session will equip participants with practical knowledge and tools to apply forensic planning techniques throughout the project lifecycle, from contract formation to successful resolution of Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
In this session we will focus on:
Contract Programme Development

Extension of Time (EOT) Claims Management
Understand how to identify, analyse, and prepare effective delay claims in line with contract requirements.
Best Practices for Programme and Claims Management
Explore proactive strategies, tools, and real-world lessons to improve project delivery and manage claims effectively.
The session will include practical exercises, case studies from Anamika's extensive experience across Australia and internationally, and interactive discussions to help participants apply these concepts to their own projects.
