Join us for a memorable evening filled with company and connections at PMI Tasmania's Social Drinks to celebrate the end of the Financial Year!  Meet the new Members of the PMI Tasmania Board, connect with fellow members, share insights, and celebrate another year of project management excellence.

There's no formal speaker topic for this social.  This will be an opportunity to hear from the Board about the planned events for the coming Financial Year.  We'd love your feedback and ideas!

Digital Transformation

Digital transformation is at the top of the agenda for governments to build agility and resilience. The public sector is continuing to look for ways to effectively innovate and invest in digital solutions that provide real value to the community and truly serve the changing expectations of citizens.

With spend on technology continuing to grow, there is increasing pressure on governments to deliver successful implementations on time, on budget with sustainable business outcomes.

The Keynote speakers

Renee Tunney, Managing Director Scyne Advisory

Renee specialises in large-scale transformations and change management, with extensive experience across both strategy consulting and industry and has designed and delivered complex large-scale people, change, and organisational development programs. Renee works extensively in the technology space, with a passion for the business and incorporates business experience and technology to deliver a differentiated experience to our clients.

Matt Wright, Director Scyne Advisory

Matt is a Director within Scyne’s Data and Digital practice, with over 10 years experience in delivering numerous strategic, high-value and complex delivery programs with project budgets up to $100 million. Matt has played a significant role in delivering on a number of large scale, high risk technology deliveries and managing diverse teams across government including the current establishment of Scyne Advisory Technology Platforms.
