Speaker Introduction - Melanie Strachan, PMI Tasmania Chapter Treasurer
Melanie Strachan is a Consultant / Program Director / Project Director specialising in Government ICT projects. She originally moved to Tasmania in 2020 (during COVID) to lead the Department of Health Program Management Office but is now owner and Managing Director of SME consulting firm, Phase 2 Consulting. Melanie brings her Digital Health experience to DOH, advising key streams of the Program including Architecture, Procurement and Planning.
