About the event

In this workshop, we'll delve into Agile Estimation and Planning. You'll gain an understanding of Agile principles and their importance. 

The session includes an exploration of Agile estimation techniques such as Story Points, Ideal Days, and T-Shirt Sizing, along with a deep dive into Agile planning practices that cover product backlogs, sprints, and releases. We'll also discuss crucial Agile metrics and their role in tracking and forecasting. 

The workshop is designed to be interactive, complete with a practical exercise to apply your newly acquired knowledge. This is a valuable opportunity for anyone interested in Agile methodologies and project management.
