About the event

In three sessions, we will delve into:

  1. Individual agility, that underpins personal development and professional growth;
  2. Team agility, that encourages collaborative problem solving and promotes a culture of shared learning; and
  3. Business agility, that enables organizations to adapt, innovate, and thrive in today's dynamic and complex business environment.

Sessions will run for 2 to 2+half hours each, commencing at 10:30am, 2:30pm and 5:30pm.

The symposium is jointly organised by the PMI Agile Special Interest Group for APAC (Agile SIG) and RMIT University’s School of Property, Construction and Project Management (PCPM).

Founded in 2021, the Agile SIG, is a thriving community of practitioners who are seeking to advance Agile and Lean competencies amongst project managers in our rapidly evolving world. While our base is in Asia Pacific, our reach is global.  The School of PCPM is a premier provider of Construction Management, Project Management and Property programs in the Asia Pacific region. It is renowned for the reputable programs, strong links with industry, involvement in professional bodies and collaborative approach to research.

We look forward to your active participation in this exciting exploration of Agile practices. This symposium promises a comprehensive learning experience filled with insights, practical knowledge, and an opportunity to network with some of the most interesting minds in the Agile space.
