About the event
The 2025 Mentoring Program is about to kick off and will be free for PMI Tasmania Chapter members.
Expressions of Interest are currently being sought for Mentors and Mentees for the 2025 Mentoring Program. This year's Program will kick off with an information webinar for interested parties on Thursday 13th February.

The Mentoring Program provides an opportunity for Mentees to enhance professional skills and to enjoy working collaboratively with a supportive mentor to achieve your goals. It is also an opportunity for mentors to give back to the profession and to share experience and knowledge with less experienced project managers, or those taking on new and different challenges.
How does it work?
Matching of Mentors and Mentees is based on individual preferences and overlaps in needs and capabilities.
You will complete an assessment to help us understand your needs and preferences.
If you prefer to match with someone who lives in your region, that will be considered in the matching process.
Mentees can only have one program Mentor.
Mentors can have multiple Mentees but must meet with them separately.
A member can be a Mentor and Mentee at the same time, e.g. be mentored by another mentor and provide mentoring to another member.
You don’t have to be a senior or older person to be a Mentor, we are looking for diverse skills, experience and backgrounds.
The program facilitates further matches at other times, subject to the availability of Mentors.
