Still less than a year old, PMI Tasmania Chapter is affectionately known as the "baby" Chapter. So, it was a surprise and honour for our Board Member and Treasurer, Melanie Strachan, to be invited to participate in the Asia Pacific launch of the PMI Next Strategy. Melanie was invited to speak about what success means in her role as Treasurer and for the PMI Tasmania Chapter. She was also asked to speak about her experiences working in Project Management in the Healthcare Industry.

Like Project Management, the healthcare industry is predicting severe resource shortages, too. So we need innovative projects.
Stop building new hospitals - digitize the ones we already have!
Engage clinicians throughout the project lifecycle and skill clinicians in project management concepts.
