About the event
🌟 The Art of Facilitation – Elevating the Project Kick Off Workshop!🌟
The 2-hour in-depth, hands-on session is designed to help project professionals improve the quality and effectiveness of their project kick-offs by using facilitation and visual thinking techniques to create clarity, alignment, and engagement from the start of a project. Each participant can receive a BIKABLO notepad and pens!
This is a highly participatory session where attendees will:
Explore what makes project kick-offs succeed or fail in real-world contexts
Learn simple visual facilitation (bikablo-inspired) techniques to support thinking and dialogue
Co-create better kick-off structures and facilitation techniques that they can immediately apply
Leave with practical tools and insights for their next project
The session balances PMI-aligned professionalism with an engaging, hands-on format and is suitable for project managers, program managers, and delivery leaders across industries.
